Our Products
We offer two product lines:
Rabbit Riddles Keychains: These keychains can be scanned with a phone or tablet to view animated rabbits telling jokes. No registration or information collection is required to use this product.
FactPack Galaxy Key Keychains: These keychains contain technology that, when scanned, open a portal to our website featuring multiple worlds with educational videos covering science, space, legends, animals, treasures, and other categories.
Information We Collect from Children Under 13
FactPack Galaxy Key
For FactPack Galaxy Key accounts, we collect the following information:
From Parents/Guardians:
- Parent’s full name
- Parent’s email address
- Parent’s physical address
- Billing/payment information (processed through PayPal and Shopify)
About the Child:
- Child’s first name only
- Child’s age
Usage Information:
- Videos watched by the child
- Videos accessible to the child
- Device information and IP addresses (automatically collected)
Rabbit Riddles
We do not collect any personal information from children or parents for our Rabbit Riddles product.
How We Use Children’s Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
- To create and manage FactPack Galaxy Key accounts
- To provide access to age-appropriate educational content
- To track video viewing history for parental review
- To process payments and fulfill orders
- To provide customer support
- To send product updates and newsletters to parents (with consent)
- To communicate with parents about new products when available
We do NOT use children’s information for:
- Behavioral advertising or targeted marketing
- Creating public profiles
- Any purpose other than those listed above
Parental Consent

Consent is obtained through: Credit card transaction: When a parent completes a purchase of FactPack Galaxy Key products, the transaction serves as verification of parental consent.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade children’s personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We share information only as necessary with the following third-party service providers who help us operate our business:

- Mailchimp: Email communications and newsletters (parent emails only)
- Bunny.net: Content delivery and video hosting
- NameHero: Website hosting services
