1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Puntastics, operated by GLC Universe, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). By accessing or using our website (www.puntastics.com or www.factpack.club), purchasing our products, or using our services, you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Eligibility and Parental Consent

Our services are intended for individuals ages 5 and older.

For Users Under 18: If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use our website and services with the involvement, supervision, and approval of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services as a minor, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

For Parents/Guardians: By creating an account or making a purchase for a child under 18, you acknowledge that you have reviewed these Terms and our Privacy Policy and COPPA Compliance Statement, and you consent to your child’s use of our services under your supervision.

3. Our Products and Services

3.1 Rabbit Riddles Keychains

Physical keychains that can be scanned with a phone or tablet to access animated rabbits telling jokes. No registration required.

3.2 FactPack Galaxy Key Keychains

Physical keychains containing technology that, when scanned, provide access to our educational video content portal featuring multiple worlds with categories including science, space, legends, animals, treasures, and more. Requires account registration by a parent or guardian.

3.3 Device Compatibility

Our products are compatible with any Android or Apple phone or tablet with NFC scanning capability. No additional software or apps are required.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access FactPack Galaxy Key content, a parent or guardian must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including:

  • Parent’s full name
  • Email address
  • Physical address
  • Child’s first name and age

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring all account information remains accurate and up-to-date

4.3 Account Termination


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You provide false or misleading information
  • Your account is used for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • We determine, in our sole discretion, that termination is necessary

4.4 Non-Transferability

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account credentials with any other person.

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 Pricing

Each Rabbit Riddles keychain and FactPack Galaxy Key world is sold separately for a one-time fee. Pricing is displayed on our website at the time of purchase and is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to offer subscription-based services in the future.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal and Shopify. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal’s and Shopify’s terms of service and payment policies.

5.3 No Refunds or Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or returns on any products, except as specifically provided in Section 5.4 for defective products.

5.4 Defective Products

If your keychain is defective, you may request a one-time replacement within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at support@factpack.club. Upon verification of the defect: The defective product will be deactivated

  • A replacement product will be provided at no additional charge
  • This one-time replacement policy applies per product purchased
  • To request a replacement, you must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

5.5 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, use taxes, or other taxes associated with your purchase.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All content available through our website and products, including but not limited to videos, animations, jokes, graphics, text, logos, software, and designs, is the exclusive property of GLC Universe, LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our content solely for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose as provided through our products. This license is granted only to the individual for whom the account was created.

6.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content
  • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access to our content
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use our content for any illegal, unauthorized, or commercial purpose
  • Share account credentials or content access with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our products
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our content
  • Frame or mirror any content from our website

6.4 DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us at support@factpack.club with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Impersonate any person or entity

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

8.1 No Warranties

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

8.3 Content Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in our educational content, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Content is provided for entertainment and educational purposes.

8.4 Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Maximum Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLC UNIVERSE, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

9.2 Total Liability Cap

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

9.3 Product Defects and Misuse

EXCEPT FOR THE ONE-TIME REPLACEMENT POLICY DESCRIBED IN SECTION 5.4, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM:

  • Defective products
  • Misuse of products
  • Damage caused by products
  • Incompatibility with your devices
  • Loss of data or content access

9.4 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GLC Universe, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

12. Modifications to Terms

  • Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services and may request account termination.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@factpack.club. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of amounts already paid.

13.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Illegal conduct
  • Extended periods of inactivity

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access our services will immediately cease
  • Any outstanding fees remain due
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law provisions

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Iredell County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14.3 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at support@factpack.club to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within 30 days.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN A PARTY’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PROCEEDING.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and COPPA Compliance Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and GLC Universe, LLC regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

15.5 No Agency

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and GLC Universe, LLC.

15.6 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, or government actions.

15.7 Electronic Communications

By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. These communications may include notices about your account, promotional messages, and other information concerning our services. You agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications that we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
